Since our firm is a full service law firm, we are able to serve all of our clients’ needs right here in Ephrata and Lititz. With hours between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and evening hours until 8:00 p.m. on Monday and Thursday, we are able to schedule appointments that are convenient for you.

KURT A. GARDNER, ESQ.

Kurt Gardner

A life-long resident of Lancaster County, Mr. Gardner graduated cum laude from The Dickinson School of Law in 1987, Franklin and Marshall College in 1984 and Warwick High School in 1980. He has since concentrated in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Defense, Personal Injury and various types of civil litigation.

Mr. Gardner has been actively involved in the community, including the Lions Club, Teens Responding to Adult Care and Kindness, and the Ephrata High School Mock Trial Team. He has chaired numerous parent organizations at Warwick High School, and is a leader of several groups at Salem United Methodist Church in Rothsville. Presently Mr. Gardner also serves on the Board of Directors of the Ephrata Area Chamber of Commerce, is President of The Brickerville Volunteer Fire Company and serves as Lieutenant in the Brickerville Fire Police.

Mr. Gardner has received awards for excellence in providing legal service to the underprivileged, and he frequently lectures on the practice of law to local groups and organizations. He is a certified member of the prestigious Million Dollar Advocates' Forum for his handling of multi-million dollar wrongful death and personal injury cases. Mr. Gardner has been recognized by Martindale-Hubbell with the highest rating a lawyer can receive for legal ability and ethical standards.

Mr. Gardner resides in Brickerville with his wife, Heidi, and their children, Lyndsay and Adam.


JOHN C. STEVENS, ESQ.

John Stevens

Mr. Stevens graduated from The Dickinson School of Law in 1996 and Franklin and Marshall College in 1993. While in Law School, Mr. Stevens received The American Bankruptcy Law Journal Award and was actively involved in Dickinson’s Family Law Clinic. His primary areas of practice include Family Law, Business Law, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, Estate Administration and Planning and various traffic and criminal defense matters.

Mr. Stevens served as a Director on the Ephrata Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Chamber’s Special Events committee. Along with Mr. Gardner, Mr. Stevens served as the coach to the Ephrata High School Mock Trial Team. Additionally, Mr. Stevens has been involved with the Junior Achievement Program and lectures on the practice of law to local groups and organizations.

Mr. Stevens resides with his wife, Connie, and their two sons, Andrew and Matthew.


CONNIE J. STEVENS, ESQ.

Torri Esch

Ms. Stevens graduated from The Dickinson School of Law in 1996 and Georgian Court College in 1993. While in Law School, Ms. Stevens was actively involved in Dickinson's Family Law Clinic. Her primary area of practice is Estate Administration and Planning.

Ms. Stevens resides with her husband John, and their two sons, Andrew and Matthew

Kyla was born and raised in Lancaster County and graduated from Cocalico High School. She received her Associate’s Degree in paralegal Studies in 2013. She works in a variety of legal areas including family law and business. Kyla is able to answer client questions concerning case status and oversees the firm’s billing department.



ADRIAN R. MCCOY

Adrian McCoy

Adrian is a Lancaster County native who graduated from Warwick High School. She received her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from HACC in 2014. She assists clients with family law matters and real estate and can answer questions about scheduling and case status. She lives in Lititz with her husband Ryan and beloved cat Littles. In her free time she likes to cook, hike, and sew.

Julie moved to the Lancaster area in October 2015. She recently joined our firm as receptionist and legal secretary. Julie can assist clients in scheduling and directing client requests and questions. She also assists in our firm’s billing department.
